Last updated: July 2026

This is a plain-language starter policy to explain our approach. It is not final legal advice; a complete policy will be published before wider launch and may be updated as the product grows.

Who this covers

This policy applies to people who use Zigaya: customers sending or receiving deliveries, riders completing deliveries, and businesses dispatching orders.

Information we handle

  • Account details you provide, such as name and contact information.
  • Delivery details, including pickup and drop-off locations and package information.
  • Rider verification details submitted during onboarding.
  • Location and status updates used to match, route, and track deliveries.
  • Technical data needed to run the apps securely and reliably.

How we use it

  • To create deliveries, match riders, and show live tracking.
  • To verify riders and keep the marketplace trusted.
  • To process payments and payouts for completed deliveries.
  • To provide support and keep the service secure.

Sharing between participants

Delivering an order means sharing the details needed to complete it. For example, a rider needs pickup and drop-off information. Public tracking links show a reduced, receiver-safe view of a delivery: order status and milestones, without internal identifiers or contact details.

Your choices

You can request access to or correction of your information, and ask questions about how it is used, by contacting us. Some data is required to provide the service and complete deliveries.
