A delivery marketplace

Zigaya is a marketplace that connects customers and businesses who need deliveries with riders who complete them. When you place a delivery, the delivery service is provided by the rider; Zigayafacilitates matching, tracking, and payment.

Using Zigaya

Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and package details.
Do not send prohibited, illegal, or unsafe items.
Use the platform lawfully and treat riders and staff with respect.

Riders

Riders must complete verification before accepting deliveries and are responsible for delivering safely and following applicable road and local rules. Verification helps keep the marketplace trusted but is not a guarantee of any individual delivery.

Pricing and payments

Delivery prices are shown before you confirm an order. Payments for completed deliveries are processed through the platform, and riders are paid out for the deliveries they complete.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled subject to the state of the delivery. Where a refund applies, it is handled through the platform.

Service availability

Availability depends on riders being online and other factors, so we cannot guarantee that a delivery can always be fulfilled immediately. We work to make the service as reliable as possible.
